David Wood catches up with Jill Dupleix one of the organisers of this years Australian Financial Reviews Top 100 Restaurants.The top award went to Sepia, run by husband and wife team Martin Benn and Vicki Wild, it pipped Melbourne superstar Ben Shewry’s Attica and Peter Gilmore’s Quay in Sydney. Together, they now form the top three restaurants in the country. Martin Benn was Australia’s top Chef while three Tasmanian restaurants received awards.At #17 Garagistes (closed) and at #34 Franklin was the the highest ranked Restaurant outside of NSW and Victoria.Another Tasmanian eatery in the top 100 is #85 Ethos Eat Drink.
